When planning our trip to Sri Lanka they provided their expert advice and happily accommodated any changes we requested. Sam with her excellent communications and Shadrach the driver with his professionalism, punctuality, extremely pleasant attitude, more to the fact with his excellent safe driving skills & knowledge to ensure our safety during a very difficult time in Sri Lanka straight after the Cyclone Ditwah.  Sam managed to reschedule our original plans at a short notice  and we had a very enjoyable time. I would highly recommend Enchanting Ceylon Gateways for anyone visiting Sri Lanka. Even though there was flooding in Sri Lanka before our trip (which was totally not their fault), they quickly changed our plans so we could still make the most out of our days. We stayed in Mirissa, Ella, and Dambulla, and everything was handled smoothly. They were super flexible, helpful, and always trying their best to make sure we had a good time. As a very kind gesture, they even treated us to a free dinner, which was a really nice surprise. Overall, it was an awesome trip and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. Was our first visit to Srilanka as a family and we are definitely coming back soon. Such a clean and friendly country and its a shame i hadn't visited Srilanka earlier. However it was overall a fantastic experience all because of Jerusha from Enchanting Ceylon Getaways. I just left it her and she did all the planning and coordination and didn't leave us any room to complain about anything! Everything was planned to the dot and even the driver and guide she assigned to us as, was a gem of person, Mr. Nilanga🙌🏻 The hotels stays across, Dambula, Passikuda and Colombo was just the best! Whale watching and snorkeling at Trincomalee was just mind-blowing and out of this world! All in all a big high-five and thumbs up to Jerusha and her team! Thank you so much for making our travel, an experience we will never forget! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
